Poonam has over 20 years training experience. She is the inspiration behind the company and her interest in the training has helped in the professional development of an organisation's workforce.
Poonam is very versitile and makes sure to equip staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively. She takes a strategic approach to training, assessing the skills and knowledge within an organisation and determining what training is needed to grow and retain these skills.
She either delivers the training herself or arranges for a third-party trainer with her well established connections.
Amit has gained his knowledge from Hotel Institutional Management and has over 23 years of experience in Hotels & Restaurant Operations, Project Management, Analytical Reports, Strategy Planning, Management Consulting and Hospitality Unit Development. He has emmence professional experience and has successfully launched, managed and marketed number of Outlets, Hotels and Kitchens. He has streamlined operations and systems and revived sales.
Amit's professional experience in Corporate Roles included Sun-n-Sand Hotels, Specialty Restaurants Ltd., Correa Hotels Pvt. Ltd., C. V. Venture LLP, Yellow Banana Food Company Pvt. Ltd., and Landmark Group Of Hotels (Mumbai) to name a few.
He is also involved in other professional activities including being a Guest Lecturer for Kohinoor College of Hotel & Tourism Management Studies and has also been associated with Ganesh Refrigeration Works, IR TECHNO – Networking Solutions, First Star Equipments, Pankaj Panchal, and more.
